1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to submit information through this website. CarePass memberships are offered only in the states where we are authorized to operate at the time of enrollment.

2. CarePass is a membership, not insurance

CarePass Go and CarePass Pro are membership programs that provide access to Direct Primary Care and to cash-pay discounts on ancillary healthcare services. CarePass is not health insurance. It does not constitute minimum essential coverage under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, does not meet any federal or state requirement to maintain health insurance, and does not cover hospitalization, catastrophic care, or any service not explicitly listed in your membership materials.

3. Not medical, legal, or tax advice

Content on this website, including the scenario examples, plan comparisons, and educational material, is for general informational purposes only. 4. Your account and submissions

You agree that any information you submit is accurate, complete, and your own. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. You may request correction or removal at any time by emailing privacy@cashprice.health.

Joining our interest list does not create a membership, does not obligate us to offer you a membership, and does not obligate you to enroll when memberships become available in your state.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in violation of any law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;
• attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that do not belong to you;
• probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or disrupt the website or its infrastructure;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by our robots directives;
• send automated requests in excess of a reasonable user volume;
• reverse engineer any portion of the site, or strip or alter our branding or notices; or
• use the website to harass, defame, or harm any other person.

6. Intellectual property

The website, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CashPrice Health or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the website for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved. “CashPrice Health” and “CarePass” are our trademarks.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to or incorporate third-party services (for example, Loops for email delivery, or partner clinical networks referenced in our content). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Communications consent

When you check the consent box on our interest form, you authorize CashPrice Health to send you email at the address you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing privacy@cashprice.health.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashPrice Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Prices, plan features, and availability are subject to change without notice and may vary by state.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will CashPrice Health or its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashPrice Health and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Not Insurance disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and CashPrice Health regarding the website. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
